Foundations

Watch a finished department run, then follow the guided SkillTree setup on your laptop. Use the onboarding interview to start your company knowledge files and choose the first bottleneck to tackle.

Session 02Wed 23 Sep

Your workspace

Set up the editor (Mac or Windows) and GitHub. Unlock the department library. Choose your runtime. Learn what the agent reads first and what lives where. Turn your ten things into the roles and skills of your department.

You leave with: your workspace ready, the library unlocked and a plan for the jobs your department will handle.

Encode your business

Drag in your site, a proposal, your pricing, a call transcript, the work you already do by hand. The system reads it, drafts your company files, reads them back and asks what it got wrong. Your department learns from your real examples.

You leave with: your business knowledge saved and your first real run logged.

Deploy your department

Your department running end to end in the terminal. See it on your SkillTree. Put a dashboard on it, connect your real tools (CRM, inbox, calendar, sheets), and click through your own data. Review what it produced and fix the gaps together.

Put it on a clock

Turn the repeat work into workflows. Schedule them. Assign jobs from your phone, approve them in the morning. Agents draft, you send. Work starts running while you are not looking.

You leave with: repeat work scheduled where appropriate, with approval steps and a record of each run.

Session 06Fri 2 Oct

Demo day

Show your department running end to end. We stress-test it live and fix what breaks. Then you learn exactly how to do the next department yourself.

Do I need to be technical?

You do not need prior coding experience. We guide you through setup on Mac or Windows, including Claude Code, your workspace and the tools your department needs. You will follow the steps, practice between sessions and review your agents' work.

Mac or Windows?

Both.

Is this replacing my team?

No. It is giving you departments you do not have. Agents do the jobs, you manage them. Nothing is sent, posted or paid without a human saying so.

What do I actually own?

The files. The kit, your company files, your departments, your roles, your map. They stay on your machine after the cohort and after the 12 months. Library access and updates run for 12 months and can be renewed directly. Cohort support runs every two weeks for 90 days after demo day. Downloaded files remain yours to keep.

Is this a subscription?

The cohort is a paid enrollment, not a monthly SkillTree subscription. Your Claude account is separate, and optional tools you connect may have their own fees. Library access and updates are included for 12 months.

What if I miss a session?

Recorded the same day. Missing sessions does void the build guarantee.

Is there a one to one option?
